Today was our last day in the hospital. Jack got dressed up for his first road trip. Destination: home.

Newborns apparently can do a lot of stuff that regular babies can't. For example, many newborns can lift their heads up immediately after birth, only to lose that ability as they grow. Some newborns, like Jack, are born with the ability to effortlessly perform physical comedy. Watch Jack's face closely in this sequence of photos.... [sequence] |

Apparently, if you ever meet a bear, you're supposed to make yourself look big and back away slowly to keep the bear from attacking. Jack's bear suit sure does make him look big. And it must work, because we didn't see any bears.  |
